If you are thinking about to start Yoga but not know where to start, then read this complete post. You will know 5 best beginner yoga poses for your pre flexibility. There are many posts and videos are available that tell you about the beginner yoga poses. But you don't know, do they really right for a beginner. And you may confuse which yoga poses to do then. But don't worry now. In this post, I am going to tell you about 5  beginner Yoga poses with my own beginner experience. These are the yoga poses which had helped me to get started and also will help you to get started your yoga journey.


1.Padmasan

Beginner Yoga Poses
This is the first asana which you need to do. You may think why it is first? The answer as you're a beginner you first need to get the flexibility of legs. As hands do not require flexible they already flexible because we use them for so many tasks. They will be flexible with other poses you will do. And you can't make your middle portion of the body flexible directly. So first you need to exercise your lower body parts.


This yogasan is one the basic Asana to start Yoga. This asana exercises your lower body muscles and provides you the flexibility to do other asanas. This is also best for Pranayam and meditation.



2.Vazrasana

Beginner Yoga Poses
This asana will open your leg, thigh and hips muscles to be flexible. This asana is another basic asana to start yoga. This is only a kind of Asana which can be done after a meal. It is also a good thing that you can also do yoga even after your meal.


3.Ustrasan

Beginner Yoga Poses
Ustrasana is very important for exercise whole upper body part. It loses your muscles of stomach and vest. Opens your shoulder movements. Provides good exercise to your neck as well as chest. It is also good for the eyes and brain.








4.Vrakshasan

Beginner Yoga Poses

After doing the above poses now poses can easily do this asana. Vrakshasan exercises the whole body. It also increases blood flow into the body. It increases the flexibility of the hands and legs.  Make chest broad. Strengthen the muscles of shoulders, below belly area, thighs, and calf muscles as well. Makes your ankle joint strong.






5.Natarajasan

When you have practiced the above asanas and now you are able to this asana. Natarajasan is important for exercise pelvic bones. It also makes the wast flexible. When you pull your feet it also provides them a good stretch. It also increases body balance.
















You need to give a good time to each asana before you go to the next asana. You will feel the pain if you will do them in the hurry. Make sure you do each asana with patience. As your a beginner, it is normal to feel the pain of doing asanas for the first time. Don't be demotivated. With a good practice, within 10 days you will be able to do them easily.

You can start yoga with these asanas. These are basic pose before you move ahead. These asanas are simple but you may find difficult to practice due to lack of flexibility. I recommend first understand properly and then practice. Be positive and have patience.
