When it comes to starting anything new we make mistakes.  Like when we try to run a bicycle we make mistakes and fall many times until we got familiar with the pattern or procedure. If someone guides us or help us when we became experienced fast. Or if we do not realize our mistakes and keep repeating them, they can harm us seriously. Some situations/ conditions are soft and some are hard. For example, when we learn a language we make mistakes but they don't harm. But like in the example of cycle mistakes can harm us. In real life, we got harm from our mistakes.

When a new beginner starts yoga or learns it he/she makes mistakes. But here the situation is different, as here we are dealing with our own body and its functioning and the mistakes should be avoided. Yoga is a scientific process it can heal also it can hurt.

Here now I am going to share with you common mistakes made by a beginner. If you are one of who is doing these mistakes then after reading this post you will be able to avoid them.

1.WEAR WRONG DRESS



If you make a mistake of wearing a tight or uncomfortable dress, then it will prevent you from doing yoga properly. It will create difficulty for you. It also shows that you are not interested in doing yoga. So avoid it and wear a comfortable loose simple dress. If you want to know what to wear while practicing yoga you can search this on my blog. 2.DON'T WARM UP



A good warm-up is important before you start yoga. It defines your performance during yoga. And how easy you will be able to do yoga poses. Have a good warm up before.

3.LACK OF PATIENCE


A beginner may also try to do certain yoga poses forcefully. When we not become able to do a specific pose and lost our patience then we try to do forcefully. I had also done this mistake. To avoid this mistake it can seriously hurt you. Be calm and keep patience. To increase your level of patience you can do a good prayer before you start yoga.

4.HAVE the DESIRE TO SHOW OFF



A beginner may have the desire to show off yoga poses in front of the audience. But that is not good, yoga is not for the show it is for to connect to yourself. Having the desire to show off may cause you to lose patience. You should be faithful to yoga otherwise you may not get proper benefits of yoga.

5.DOING YOGA IN PACKED  ROOM



If you are doing yoga in a room where is no ventilation of air then you should stop it. You will not get any benefit doing yoga in a packed room. You may feel some problems. Yoga is the art inhaling and exhaling, taking fresh air in keeping pollute air out. Make sure you choose a clean airy place to practice yoga.

6.WANT TO DO MORE AND MORE YOGASANAS  IN THE BEGINNING



It is completely wrong if you want to do many yoga poses in your beginning class of yoga. You need to know that as a beginner you have not done yoga before ever, then its clear that your body is not ready for such things. As changes take time to occur you should practice slowly. And should give more time to an asana instead of many.

7. NOT KNOW, WHY  WANT TO DO YOGA



You should be clear about why you want to do yoga. You may want to be calm and cool, flexible, healthy. Decide before you start.

8.DON'T HAVE FIX SCHEDULE



If you don't have fix schedule of yoga practice then you may not be able to do yoga properly. You should have a fixed schedule of yoga practice. It should be fixed time of the fixed day. You should choose whether you want to do yoga in the morning or evening, every day or some days of the week.

9.CHOOSING WRONG YOGA CLASS



If you choose a wrong yoga class. Like as you are a beginner so you should choose a beginner class but you have chosen an intermediate class then it will be not useful for you. So make sure you choose a right yoga class and the right type of yoga. As there are different kinds of yoga.

10.DOING YOGA AT THE WRONG TIME OF THE DAY



As we talk above you should practice yoga in the morning with an empty stomach or in the evening. Yoga should avoid doing yoga after breakfast or lunch. You can only do Vazrasan even after a meal. Also, you can practice yoga after 4 hrs of a meal.

CONCLUSION



Be positive and cool, keep such mistakes away and go ahead. Keep doing and you will be experienced with the time and yoga will be very easy for you.
