The meaning of word yoga is to join, to combine. It is the complete art of living life. It is the way to nourish our both physical as well as mental health. Or the path to becoming sound by mentally and physically

WHAT YOGA DO?


We can’t write totally what yoga do but we can write some of it. We can say that it protect and cure our body of all kind of diseases and disorders.  it rejuvenates our cells and internal functioning and makes us look younger.

Yoga makes us highly flexible, calm and cool. And help us to do our tasks very effectively. It helps in keeping out negativeness, taking good habits and leaving bad habits. and also help to live positive and conscious.

WHY DO WE NEED TO DO YOGA?

It is good if this question arises in your mind. We all know that how our environment today is polluted and unhealthy. Also, the food and water we consume are not always healthy. And it increases the chance of our body to get infected by harmful micro-organisms who cause harmful diseases and may disorder also.

So in this case, if our body will not be strong then it can’t fight against such condition and may get ill.  Also today we have mental problems that are more than the physical problems, for example, depression is most common.  So to keep self-healthy, fit, and active in and against such conditions we need to have a friendship with yoga.

 WHAT 'NUTRIGYAN' MEANS?


The word ‘Nutrigyan’ means knowledge of nutrition that we consume. This word is consist of two words Nutrition+Gyan(Hindi word for knowledge)=Nutrigyan.

HOW IS NUTRIGYAN IMPORTANT?

Actually, it is very important in today’s time. As because there is a variety of foods available in the market that are very tasty but unhealthy. How much we eat is not so important but what we eat is so important.  But if someone knows what is right for her or him then he/she will be fit and healthy. Not only from outside but from inside also.
